Terms and Conditions
We are Express Gifts Limited trading as "Ace". These terms and conditions and those in the latest catalogue explain how you can use our website and place orders for items. By applying to open an account with Ace you agree that you will be bound by these terms for each and every order that you place, including the obligation to pay. If you open a credit account you will also be bound by the terms of the credit agreement.

We are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority for consumer credit and general insurance (Financial Services Register No: 311908). We are a member of the Finance and Leasing Association (FLA). VAT No.: 125688644.
When you place an order on our website you will receive an email acknowledging your order and giving you estimated timescales for delivery. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order by us. Your order is accepted when we dispatch the goods you have ordered and not before. For goods ordered online only an "Order Dispatched" email will be sent to you when your goods have been dispatched. If your order is dispatched in more than one parcel, you may receive separate Order Dispatched emails for each parcel. Goods purchased are not for resale. All products are sold on the basis that they are for personal, domestic use only.

Each term in these Terms & Conditions is separate and severable and enforceable accordingly. Any matter that arises out of these Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England.
With our standard delivery service (excluding personalised goods and large white goods), you should receive your goods within 3-7 days from the date you place your order. Please allow 5-10 days for delivery of personalised goods. Please note, some products will take longer than 7 days to be delivered, these instances are highlighted next to the relevant goods on the catalogue page or the goods details page on this site. This is subject to stock availability. Orders are delivered to the address of the account holder (including a safe place or a neighbour) unless an alternative delivery address is specified. If you would like your goods to be sent to a different address please ensure that you complete the 'Delivery Address' section (including full postcode) on your order form, provide the details to the operator if ordering by telephone or amend the relevant section when ordering via the Internet (please note this does not apply to a new customer's initial order).
For large white goods (washing machines, fridge freezers, etc.) delivery will be arranged with you in advance.
Postage & Packaging
Postage & packing will be charged at a fixed rate per order of £4.99 within mainland UK, unless specified (please see below for exceptions).
Exceptions - £5.99 per order: N. Ireland & the following postcodes:
Other Areas - £7.50 per order
The Isles of Man and Scilly and the Channel Islands.
Heavy and Bulky Items
Goods marked with a heavy goods symbol incur separate delivery charges per item. The rate you pay per item is the rate that appears in the symbol. The additional delivery charge applies to both the original price and discounted prices shown. All van charges are excluded from any discounts or offers. To arrange for safe delivery of these items, please include a contact phone number when ordering. Please note, we do not deliver any Heavy Goods to the Channel Islands. There are some Heavy Goods, indicated by a * on the relevant pages, which we cannot deliver to Northern Ireland.
